1. Candidates recruited and deployed will be exactly as per our requirement ?
Yes, Our staff collects complete info about the job, before proceeding ahead with recruitment.
The selected candidates are evaluated and assessed for education and technical
qualifications, besides trade test and personality test. As such adequate care is taken to
ensure availability of RIGHT and MATCHING candidates as per requirement.
2. What is the Guarantee about deploying right candidate?
The Client can depute his representative to select and recruit the required candidates.
However, we give guarantee as to the candidates recruited and deployed by us, if found
unfit for the job, we are willing to replace the said candidate at our own cost and expenses.
As such there is an assurance and guarantee from us while entrusting recruitment assignment
to us.
3. Minimum days required to recruit and deploy the candidates?
After recieving Visas, minimum 15 - 20 days will be required for emigration processing of documents and deployment of the
candidates. However, in case of urgent requirement, we accept to work on a time-bound
programme to recruit manpower.
4. Once the visa is sent, how we will come to know the status of the visa ?
Well we will keep you posted on the progress of work regularly. Frequent
updates on recruitment progress will be sent to you. Any clarification and querry
will be promptly attended to. As such you will be in touch with us constantly
and know the status of your visa.
5. Can you provide highly qualified technical personnels and if manpower recruitment enquiry is sent, will it be acted upon forthwith ?
Yes we can provide any kind of highly qualified technical personnels. Any manpower
recruitment enquiry sent will be attended to and acted upon forthwith. We will strive our
best to provide minimum number of CVs within a short span of time.
6. Do you have a database of various technical personnels, Project Management professionals and skilled workers ?
Yes, we have a database of highly qualified technical personnels and engineering professionals,
which are regularly updated and kept upto date. As such we will be able to provide
CVs of any required personnels within a short span of time.
