• Free Transportation should be provided to the employees to the worksite from their accommodation. Any other guarantee required as per the Indian Embassy needs prevailing at the time of recruitment will have to be executed by the Employer in favour of the Agency/ Government of India.

12. Duration for which the visas or entry permit is to be processed.
13. Schedule the client visit & interviews.

Documents Required

1. Agency Agreement as per standard norms of the company.
2. Demand Letter
3. Special Power of Attorney.  ( Attested by Indian Embassy)
4. Employment Contract : (as per standard contract of the company - on the company's Letter Head).
5. Visa Authorization Letter   ( For KSA companies)
6. Commercial Registration Certificate   ( For KSA companies).
7. Visa Slip.  ( For KSA companies)
8. Copy of identity Card of Employer.  ( For KSA companies)
9. PTA (Prepaid Ticket Advice) wherever applicable.
10. Any other documents required to be completed as per the requirement of Government of India or Embassies / Consulates time to time.

Yes, Our staff collects complete info about the job, before proceeding ahead with recruitment. The selected candidates are evaluated and assessed for education and technical qualifications, besides trade test and personality test. As such adequate care is taken to ensure availability of RIGHT and MATCHING candidates as per requirement.

The Client can depute his representative to select and recruit the required candidates. However, we give guarantee as to the candidates recruited and deployed by us, if found unfit for the job, we are willing to replace the said candidate at our own cost and expenses. As such there is an assurance and guarantee from us while entrusting recruitment assignment to us.

After recieving Visas, minimum 15 - 20 days will be required for emigration processing of documents and deployment of the candidates. However, in case of urgent requirement, we accept to work on a time-bound programme to recruit manpower.
